Description

The intervention involved the renovation of the entire building aimed at creating two new underground floors for garages, the reconfiguration of the housing units, and the architectural and energy redevelopment of the external envelope, within the limits imposed by the constraints of the PRGC and Annex A of the Central Historic Urban Area, ZUCS. Specifically, we handled the feasibility study and budget definition, the preliminary, final, and executive design of the construction works, and the project for administrative authorizations.
